How it started
In the year 2000 Emmanuel Mwondha had a visitation from the Lord Jesus Christ In the vision, the Lord spoke to him about the special assignment he had for him in Bugiri. This resulted in the birth of a ministry called Christ Forever Ministry which was registered in 2002 to do missions and evangelistic ministry around the country. Due to growth in vision and understanding of the call, Christ Forever eventually led to Tower of Prayer Revival Ministry International.
At the same time, the pain of poor academic performance then in the schools of Bugiri district and the negative attitude towards education had become un bearable to him. This prompted the establishment of a school with a purpose to respond to the educational challenge in the land, provide accessible quality primary education and also to plant a seed of God in the children at an early stage.
In 2005, the Lord opened a way and land was acquired on which permanent structures for the school were put up. Through the children’s evangelism that was being conducted at the school, a church was birthed in the 7th Oct 2007 in the school main hall focusing on missions and evangelism.
The church has grown from the premises of the school and evangelizing children, to ministry among women, youths, men and children from the different communities. These same children became ambassadors of Christ in their communities and link for their families to the church. As a result, the ministry is currently over seeing nine churches in Busoga, Eastern Uganda. We have been involved also, with other bible schools to conduct trainings for local pastors within our communities.
